Selena Gomez Denies It Again

Hey, so anyone remember how irrelevent little Selena Gomez from Barney suddenly became relevent and got bumped up in Disney's 'Bitches To Pimp Out' list? Basically, Disney Queen Miley Cyrus publically displayed the fact that she had hormones and Disney got all flappy-upset and then Miley's boyfriend Nick Jonas left her too. Both Disney and Nick Jonas left Miley for The Gomez and hence; irrelevent little flat-chested girl becomes relevent little flat-chested girl - all with the help of Miley Cyrus's cast-offs!

Anyways, yada-yada, eventually The Gomez and Nick Jonas broke up and Selena denied they ever dated and said they'd always just been friends. OK, whatever.

Now, Selena's been seen with Twilight 'it' boy Taylor Lautner who is supposedly some big hottie but I don't really feeeeeel it, ya know? Anywhoooo, LaineyGossip who first reported the two to be dating are now seeing Lautner has ditched Gomez because having a girlfriend interferes with his supposed 'hottie' image. Whatever. Selena did what any teenage superstar in her position would do in the 21st century... take to Twitter!

So basically, once again, Selena is denying they ever dated despite repeated proof here and here and here and here.

Selena Gomez Proving She Can Sing?

So, I suppose by now Disney's new bitch Selena Gomez is feeling the backlash from dropping her new single featuring Forever The Sickest Kids called 'Woah Oh' as in 'Woah Oh, whose torturing the neighbour's cat cos that shit sounds nasty?!' To say the least, the single is horrible. Selena's vocals do not match with the vocals of FTSK and it seems like FTSK have no artistic integrity but instead bent over and let Selena do whatever the hell she wanted in that recording studio because let's face it, Selena Gomez gets Google hits and Google hits mean publicity and that's all FTSK care about.

Anyways, Selena's new YouTube video is an ode to her friends and family back home in Texas and I have to warn you... she sings the entire way through. Is Miss Squeaky Clean starting to feel the pressure of not being perfect and can't take it? It seems like she's desperate to prove she can sing!


Sorry, Sel Bel, you're a cute kid but you're music career's really really really not going anywhere.

Selena Gomez is not as talented as her best friends Miley Cyrus and Demi Lovato when it comes to the singing front. Her latest joke of a single with Forever The Sickest Kids will probably be her biggest regret this year because it sounds absolutely abysmal.

This is one Disney pop princess who won't embrace the 'pop' and for our own health, we hope she doesn't - I don't think I could listen to her attempt singing again!

The youngest Jonas Brother just days ago announced that he was now single; signalling that his relationship with Gomez was over.

Now, it seems Selena is flat-out denying they ever dated and her BFF's are helping her. Stone tells E! ''I don’t know if they were ever dating. I think that was one of those weird rumors that just spread.''

What else can Selena do except deny, deny, deny now that Nick Jonas has dumped her and tossed her into the Miley Cyrus pile? Like I said, Selena is a smart cookie.

I don't know about you guys, but I personally think she's dating this guy.

Wizards of Waverly Place star Selena Gomez is featured in these new promotionals released by Disney for the Totally New Year special that airs annually on the Disney Channel.

The Totally New Year special includes a whole host of Disney channel stars who pretend to be 'live' on New Years Eve on the Disney Channel. In actual fact, the stars of the special filmed the New Years segment back in September... they pretended to celebrate the New Year. These Disney specials always piss me off. Not only are they deluding kids but the actors always talk in that patronising voice. I don't understand how they don't feel sick of themselves when they watch that back.

I'm guessing they probably do.

Selena Gomez Wants To Be Edgy

God, this girl was getting really boring and very predictable. I guess she got the message that she was sending the blogosphere into a fit of snores because she recently said she wants 'darker roles', citing Angelia Jolie as an example:

"I can't stay with Disney forever, however much I love it. If I could play any role it would be Angelina Jolie's character, Lisa, in Girl Interrupted - she was fantastic in that film."

So Selena wants to play a whore-ish junkie? I guess it'd give her some diversity...

Speaking at the 2008 EA British Academy Children's Awards on Sunday evening (30th November), Selena also talked about how she's looking forward to releasing an album: "I'm looking forward to releasing the album - it's going to be music for everyone, for adults and kids to jump around to. My first love is acting though, that is where my heart is, and I really want to focus on films in the future."

Disney girl Selena Gomez was spotted by the photogs as she departed from LAX to head out to her hometown... Texas. She'll be spending Thanksgiving there. Good riddance!

Remember when Miley Cyrus started out in Hannah Montana and then suddenly, it turned out millions of kids were watching the show (I admit it, I'm an addict) and then the demons at Disney suddenly got green dollar signs flashing in their eyes? Miley was everywhere! A world tour, a book, a 3D movie, best selling albums... she was everywhere, everywhere, everywhere.

These days Miley prefers to experiment in dating, take typical MySpace pictures and raunch up her photoshoots and neither Disney nor the world can seem to accept the fact that Miley is a hormonal 16 year old whose gonna grow boobs and hump around. So in comes the replacement, she's innocent, sweet and wispy. She's Selena Gomez.


The difference between her and Miley? Well, for one thing, people actually liked Hannah Montana before Disney started pimping that bitch out. Wizards of Waverly Place has kind of been forced on us, we've been watching it only to see the girl Disney have openly dubbed 'The New Miley - and this time, we removed her genitals to ensure she'll stay our property!' The show is still lame.

Now, Selena is everywhere. The girl has a Wizards of Waverly Place movie coming out (yippeee... not!), an album and today it's been announced that she's opening her own production company - called July Moon Productions. Selena will be given the power to option articles, hire screenwriters and tie additional talent to packages that can then be shopped to studios. First of all, she's a 16 year old girl from Texas who has only been in the spotlight for a few months - and only because of Miley Cyrus, let's face it.

She's pretty and talented but she is no way qualified to run a production company and make those decisions. I bet Disney are just using her name and face for the company but really some boring old 40 something year old grey haired dude will be doing all the real work.

Sorry Selena but my love affair with you is over. Miley broke my heart by growing up and you're just getting annoying - you keep popping up everywhere! DAYUM.

Apparently, this is a new leaked song off Selena Gomez's new debut album which she's still recording. It's called Grow up (Blah Blah Blah)

I am determined to hate Selena's voice after that ridiculous Another Cinderella Story soundtrack but I heard this song once and bam-o. The song is damn catchy and I'm trying to rip it as we speak for my iPod. I'm pathetic, I know. I live in a basement under a house owned by a 85 year old woman who happens to be my grandmother. I also eat rats for dinner. Pity me.

Fashionistas Of The Week

Selena Gomez dropped by the H&M Collection Preview in NYC this week clad in an all-black, tight-fitting outfit.

It's pretty age appropriate, she looks 16 years old and she looks sweet. Of course, the outfit also screams about what a dull personality she has. I think Selena was born in the wrong decade... the 1930's would've suited her better, especially with that hair cut.

Also in NYC, Eve was at the Antonio L.A. Reid Comestic Line Launch looking fierce with new hair.

The platinum streak in her hair gives her edge and I'm loving how she outfitted herself in a cutsey lace dress and then punked it up with leather. The blazer she's wearing has become a popular trend in New York!

Also, if you haven't already heard... Victoria Beckham was on the cover of Vogue India.

She was dressed up as a traditional Indian bride complete with the heavy gold jewellery and the traditional red and gold sari. I love what they did with her hair and I have to say, the desi look is a good one for Victoria although it accentuates her nose in an unflattering way.

There were a lot of hot babes at the Hot Hollywood party this week and a lot of hot styles were happening but Ashley Tisdale really stood out for me.

Her darker hair and tanned skin complemented her well-shaped and rich in purple dress well. She looked sensational to say the least!

Finally, to round off my post is one of my favourite little five foot something petite fashionistas - Vanessa Hudgens.

She wore a brilliant metallic-grey mini dress to TRL this week with a black blazer (the style for this winter) and knee-high socks. When you've got the shapely legs the Hudge has, you need to do whatever you can to show them off!
