Gossip Girl star Taylor Momsen is spotted on Tuesday afternoon (30th September) as she spent time on set in New York City.
Taylor and two unidentified friends (possibly new characters on the show?) made their way to her wardrobe trailer. Taylor looked amazing as per usual. I have to say, I am loving her style on the show!
