Hilary Duff's new single 'Reach Out' premiered today. It's as catchy as all of Duff's other songs have been and will probably be one of the most played on my iPod this week.
I'm loving how she's grown into a much more sophisticated and sexy young woman; it shows in the song as well as the great CD artwork!
